Hey, I’m Patch 🐾
I’m a young, clever cattle dog with a big personality and an even bigger future ahead of me. Since arriving in foster care, I’ve already made huge progress - I’m more confident, more settled, and starting to figure out how this whole “good boy” thing works.
I’m friendly, playful, and love being around people, but I’ve also got a bit of a sensitive side. New environments can make me a little unsure at first, but I’m curious and bounce back quickly.
I do still have a bit of that cheeky puppy energy, think occasional chewing and enthusiastic greetings, but I’m learning fast and just need consistency to keep me on track.

Cats/other animals: Curious but manageable
I can be a bit jumpy and mouthy when excited, so I’ll do best in a home that can manage and guide this appropriately.

I pick things up very quickly — I’m super motivated by food, toys, and praise, so training me is actually pretty fun.
That said, I do need continued guidance, especially with:

Getting a bit mouthy/excited (particularly in certain situations)
Consistency will be key for me!
