Hi there! I’m Fern, and I’m looking for my forever home!

I’m a lovely 2-3-year-old Breaded Collie with a heart as big as my paws. I’ve had quite the journey so far—I was once trained to be a working dog, but now I’m on a new adventure learning how to be the best family companion I can be.

I’m a medium/large gal who’s finding joy in the little things: learning to sit on command, understanding the rules, and showing my playful side. I’m getting the hang of crate training and I’m quite the champ at overnight stays. And guess what? I’m learning that cats are pretty cool too, and I’m not so interested in them anymore but still need slow introductions and words of encouragement.

One of my favorite things is cuddling with humans. I’ll gently nudge you for head scratches and love to rest my head on your lap. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who’s eager to learn and ready to shower you with affection, I might just be the perfect match for you.
